  2. Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Scheduled Cleaning:

    • Deposits made for cleaning services canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. This is due to our commitment to allocate resources, including staff and equipment, to fulfill your cleaning request.

  3. Service Not Rendered:

    • In the rare event that we are unable to provide the cleaning service you booked due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, etc.), we will offer a full refund or reschedule the cleaning at your convenience.

Deposits

To secure your cleaning appointment and ensure our availability, we may require a deposit. Here's how deposits work:

  • A deposit of $75 is required to confirm your cleaning appointment.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • Deposits will be applied towards the total cost of your cleaning service.

  • You can reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit if you contact us more than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning.
